66th Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines 1983-1984. Gilt Sterling silver. We suppose that the cross (45x48mm, 32g) was produced in the USA in the 1920s, while the clasps and ribbon were made in the 1970s.
The cross mounting has a tiny testing trace (invisible under the ribbon)
