BYZANTINE. Iconographic PB Amulet. Circa 9th-13th century AD.
Obv: The priest is standing in the middle, his arms open to the sides, holding a long cross in both hands.To the right and left, two iconographic children look straight with their hands open.
Rev: Military saint (George or Theodore?), on horseback, holding nimbate and spear, right; An unusual animal (Scorpion? Snail?) is found underneath.
An extremely rare piece of never-before-seen ending.
