KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great', (336-323 BC). AR Drachm. Struck under Philip III, Lamsakos mint. (Circa 323-317 BC) .
Obv: Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress.
Rev. ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ Zeus seated left on backless throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and, in his right, eagle standing right with closed wings; in field to left, buckle; below, Δ; below throne, AI. Price 1380.
Condition: VF.
