An interesting and curious byzantine lead seal of N. officer.(ca 12th cent.
Obverse: A military saint (possibly martyr Theodoros) standing facial in military garments, nimbate, holding a spear in his right and resting his left on a shield, traces of sigla in the fields and traces of border.
Reverse: A strange and rough sketch in the center, circular inscription to be deciphered between double border.
