Obverse: Prophet Elias standing to left, nimbate, orans (praying) before Manus Dei (hand of God), wearing long chiton, sigla in the fields, ΟΠΡΟΦΤ-ΗΛΙΑC (Prophet Elias).

Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines between decorations, +ΚΕR,ΗΘ,/ΘΕΟΔΟCΗΟ/ΠΑΤΡΙΑΡΧΗ/ΘΕΟΥΠΟΛΕΩC/ΜΕΓΑΛΗC/ΑΝΤΙΟΧ,/ ΑC = Κύριε, βοήθει Θεοδοσίῳ πατριάρχῃ Θεουπόλεως Ἀντιοχείας (Lord help Theodosios patriarch of Theupolis Antiochia The Great), dotted border.
