Greece, King Otto, 1832-1862. 2 Lepta, 1844, Second Type, Athens mint (KM23; Divo 26a).
Fully lustrous specimen with brown patina and much red lustre on all surfaces on both sides, a truly mint state example. Excessively rare in this condition and one of the finest King Otto’s coppers we have ever seen. Graded MS66BN NGC Top Grade for both companies.
