C. Scribonius. Denarius (Silver, 18.07 mm, 4.21 g) Roma, 154 BC. Head of Roma right, wearing winged helmet, earring and necklace, X behind neck. Rev. C. SCR in lower field, ROMA in exergue, under the ground line. The Dioscuri riding right, each wearing cap, star above, cloak flowing left, cuirass and holding long spear. Crawford 201/1. Sydenham 380. Babelon (Scribonia) 1. BMCRR Rome 730-2. RBW 864. Old cabinet tone. Extremely Fine.
