Heraclius with his sons Heraclius Constantinus and Heraclonas, 610-641. Solidus (Gold, 20.73 mm, 4.40 g). Constantinopolis, 638-639. Heraclius crowned, standing facing in the middle, slightly three-quarters to left, with long moustache and beard, wearing clamys, holding globus cruciger on the right hand and resting the left arm, between Heraclonas to his left and Heraclius Constantinus to his right, both unbearded, all in pyramidal formation and three-quarters to left, crowned, wearing clamys, holding globus cruciger on the right hand and resting the left arm. Rev. VICTORIA AVζЧ A Large potent cross in the center, set on three steps; Heraclius monogram to left, monogram IB (date) to right, CONOB in exergue, graffito “ΚΛ” under the letter O and B. DOC 41a. MIB 48. Sear 767. Double strike on reverse, otherwise, Very Fine.
