Julia Mamaea (died 235 AD). AE Sestertius. Obv. IVLIA MAMAEA AVGVSTA. Diademed and draped bust right. Rev. VENVS FELIX SC. Venus seated left on throne, holding statuette and sceptre. RIC IV (Sev. Alex.) 701; C. 69. AE. 17.22 g. 30.00 mm. A delicate attractive portrait. Nice brown patina. Hair-line flan crack and minor traces of double striking, otherwise. good VF/VF.
