Probus (276-282). BI Antoninianus, Serdica mint. D/ IMP C M AVR PROBVS AVG. Radiate, helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield. R/ VIRTVS PROBI AVG. Emperor riding left, hand raised, holding sceptre; at foot, captive; in exergue, KA•Γ•. RIC 887. BI. g. 5.15 mm. 24.00 An outstanding example, perfectly struck on a broad flan and fully silvered. Good EF.
