Greek Italy. Central and Southern Campania, Neapolis. AR Nomos, c. 320-300 BC. Obv. Head of the nymph Parthenope right, wearing diadem, earrings and necklace; around, dolphins. Rev. Man-headed bull walking right, being crowned by Nike; in exergue, [NEOΠOΛITΩN]. HN Italy 576; SNG ANS 329-332; HGC 1 452. AR. 7.65 g. 20 mm. R. Light scratches on obverse. Metal flaws, otherwise. VF.
