Marcus Antonius. AR Denarius, mint moving with Marcus Antonius, 31 BC. Obv. Head of Marcus Antonius right; around, M·ANTONINVS·AVG·IMP·IIII·COS·TERT·III·VIR·R·P·C. Rev. Victory standing left, holding wreath tied with fillet and palm-branch. Laurel-wreath as border. Cr. 545/2; B. (Antonia) 147 ; RRSC D 320.2. AR. 3.81 g. 18.5 mm. RRR. Extremely rare. An outstanding example, well centred and struck on a very broad flan. Banker's mark on obverse. Good VF.
