Continental Greece. Boeotia, Thebes. AR Stater. Struck circa 363-338 BC. Damokl-, magistrate. Obv. Boeotian shield. Rev. Amphora; ΔA-MO/K-Λ in two lines across field; all within concave circle. HGC 4 1334; Hepworth 26; BCD Boiotia 578. AR. 12.01 g. 19.60 mm. Choice and fascinating. Scratches on obverse, slightly porous surface on reverse. VF.
