Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving slow quadriga right; above, Nike flying right with wings spread, crowning horses with wreath; [in exergue, ketos right]. Rev. Head of Arethousa right, wearing hoop earring, and pearl necklace; ΣVRΑKΟΣΙΟΝ and four dolphins around. HGC 2 1311; Boehringer 537; SNG ANS 174 (same dies); Dewing 805. AR. 17.01 g. 28.00 mm. An attractive tetradrachm, of fine classical style. Delicate old cabinet tone. Good VF.
