Justinian I (527-565). AE Half Follis. Ravenna mint. Struck c. 540s. Obv. DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVC. Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right. Rev. Large monogram; S above, K below; all within wreath. D.O. -; MIB 235; Ranieri 312 (Matasunda); Sear 328c (Uncertain Italian mint). AE. 7.40 g. 21.00 mm. RR. Choice example. Lovely untouched light green patina. EF.
