Warrior, holding shield in left hand and raising up fallen female figure (the Sicily) with right hand; on the left, MN·F·MN·N (both MN ligate); on the right, MN·AQVIL (MN ligate); in exergue, SICIL. Cr. 401/1; B. 2 (Aquillia). AR. 3.90 g. 20.00 mm. Great metal and full weight. A handsome example, well centred on a broad flan, brilliant and superb. EF.
