Philip I (244-249). AE Sestertius, Rome mint, 248 AD. RIC IV 153a; C. 149. AE. 16.10 g. 28.50 mm. A superb example. Bold portrait, glossy emerald green patina, with attractive earthen deposits. Scratch on reverse, otherwise. good VF/VF.
