This document is an agreement that the items listed would be provided to a William Olmstead at their Depot. Phelps, Dodge & Co. was an import-export company which shipped cotton, tin, iron, copper, and other metals for industrial growth and development in the United States. By the 1880s, Phelps, Dodge & Co. became a mining company.
