Kuwait, 1968 (ND 1986-91). 20 Dinars, P-16x, Issued Banknote that was Stolen by Invading Iraqi Forces. Brown and olive-green on m/c underprint with Kuwait Stock Exchange at left and arms of Kuwait at right. S/N WJ/9 619801. PMG graded Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
