Arizona, 1923. 3000 Shares Capital Stock I/U Stock Certificate. Black printing with large orange border and underprint of motor car. Allegorical woman at top. VF-XF condition. The company was founded by Dr. Harley O. Baker (1865-1935) who believed that the steam car could be improved and made a viable means of transportation.
