Obv: IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: CONCORDIA MILITVM, Diocletian standing right, holding parazonium, and receiving Victory from Jupiter standing left, holding sceptre; H in between figures, XXI in exergue.
