ROMAN GOLD RING WITH CARNELIAN INTAGLIO DEPICTING A HOUND
Ca. AD 100 - 300 A Roman solid gold ring with a round hoop, with a flat section that enlarges on the shoulders to form a round bezel. The bezel secures a carnelian intaglio depicting a hunting hound.
