JALAYIRID DYNASTY GLAZED POTTERY JAR WITH ELONGATED NAKSH SCRIPT
Near East possibly Iraq, Ca. 12th-14th century AD A glazed pottery jar of inverted pear-shaped body, rising from a ring foot. The broad shoulder leads to a wide opening with a slightly everted rim. The upper part of the body features a dark brown elongated Naksh script enclosed between sets of brown and red bands.
