SELJUK SILVER-INLAID BRONZE EWER

Ca. AD 1000 - 1200 A Seljuk ewer of baluster form rising toward a domed lid crowned by the finial of a bird. The handle is riveted and creates an elegant curve that complements the graceful lines of the vessel.
