VERY RARE BYZANTINE FULL HORSE HARNESS SET OF A CAVALRY SOLDIER
Ca. AD 1100 - 1400 A remarkable Byzantine set of grave goods found with a knight or individual of high social standing likely associated with the Byzantine army. This set includes daggers, spearheads, arrowheads, two shield bosses, a horse bit, and stirrups. Such an assemblage may have also been in the possession of a member of the royal family.
