GREEK GOLD OPENWORK EARRINGS
Ca. 700 - 500 BC A pair of Greek gold openwork lunar shape earrings composed of a main body decorated with gold threads to frame the hollow circles. Four suspension hoops are connected to the sides of the earrings. A large gold thread in a "U" shape fixed on the top of the object is to hook the earring onto the ear.
