CYPRIOT GEOMETRIC PYXIS ONE HANDLE

Ca. 850 - 700 BC A Cypriot archaic geometric pyxis with one handle and seated on a short, round foot, vertical walls, and flat shoulders, rim decorated with a three-line motif. Circular lines in brown engobe are on the lower part of the body and on the foot. A flat horizontal handle protrudes from the walls of the body.
