EGYPTIAN FAIENCE SHROUD WITH FOUR SONS OF HORUS
Late Period, Ca. 664-332 BC An Egyptian late-period mummy shroud made of faience seeds and tubular beads intricately adorned with a detailed facial depiction, a winged scarab, and the four Sons of Horus. The facial features are depicted using black, white, and red beads. Beneath the depiction, a scarab symbolises rebirth, while the four figures act as protectors of the internal organs.
