ROMAN GLASS UNGUENTARIUM

Ca. AD 100 - 200 A Roman glass unguentarum with amazing brown iridescence. It features a slightly flat base, pear-shaped body, tubular spout, and a rolled rim. The surface is covered in light areas of silver and rainbow iridescence, complemented by earthen deposits. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum Number 1896,0201.296.
