ROMAN BRONZE JEWELLERY CHISEL
Ca. 100-300 AD.
A cast bronze chisel in slender and tapered form, with a hard and durable surface ideal for carving. This chisel would have been used to shape small pieces of bronze, silver or gold, creating intricate patterns in the piece.
