Islamic, Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan. AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Æ Fals (16 mm, 1,6 g). Arab-Byzantine Standing Caliph type. Qinnasrīn mint. Struck circa 690s. Caliph standing facing, holding hilt of sword. R/ Transformed cross set on three steps. SICA I, 661; DOCAB 114; Walker 134-5; Album 3530. Good fine.
