A choice Harappan bowl from the Indus Valley, ca. 2500 - 1800 B.C. This elegant vessel is 3-3/4ﾔ in diameter and is decorated with a register of numerous Ibex, topped with an undulating serpentine band and set off with geometric and linear designs. In excellent condition, with strong paint, red highlights and good mineral deposits. Value range: $250 - $400.
