Moesia, Istros. 4th century B.C. AR hemiobol (8.7 mm, .51 g, 12 h). Two male faces; face on right is upside down / IΣTPIH, sea eagle left, grasping dolphin in talons; [monogram below] (off-flan). AMNG I 452; SNG Cop 201. Near VF, several digs (shovel marks?), obverse.
