Byzantine lead seal of N. officer
(6th/7th cent.)
Obverse: Cruciform monogram, resolved with certainty as ΘΕΟΤΟΚΕ ΒΟΗΘΕΙ (Mother of God, help), wreath border.
Reverse: Cruciform monogram, to be deciphered, resolved as the name of the owner of the seal, wreath border.
Condition: Very Fine
Weight: 16,9 gram
Diameter: 23,8 mm
