Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines, ΟΜΩΝ/ΥΜΟΝC•/[Ο]ΝΜΟΥC/ΗΠΡΚ•= Ὁμώνυμον σὸν Μουσῆ πατρίκιον (Oh [prophet Moses protect me] the patrikios that I bear your name), dotted border.

It's to note that the inscription in reverse consists an eleven-syllable iambic verse, though omitting the verb (protect).
