Constantine IV Pogonatus (AD 668-685). AV tremissis. Constantinople. d N CONSTAN-TINЧS PP A, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine IV right, seen from front / VICTORIA AVΣЧS, cross potent on base; CONOB below.
Sear 1162 (or 984). Sear 984 notes on p.206 for Constans II: "The semissis and tremissis have the same legends and types as those of Constantine IV. No definite distinction can be made between them, but as a general rule those of Constans are better engraved and of neater production, whilst those of his son tend be of cruder style, lower relief and inferior workmanship."
