Obverse: Cruciform monogram, resolved as, ΙΩΑΝΝΟΥ (of Ioannes, the owner of the seal), wreath border.
Reverse: Inscription in 3 lines, ΑΠΟ/ΕΠΑΡ/ΧΩΝ = ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων (honorary eparch), wreath border.
