Obverse: An emperor standing facial, crowned, holding a cruciger globus, traces of circular inscription, ending to ΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΥ, I, ΙΔ in the field.

Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines, +ΓΕΝΙ/ΚΟΥΛΟΓΟ/ΘΕΤΟΥΑΠ/[Ο]ΘΗΚΗCΚ/ΑΡΙΑC(ΑΙCΑΡΕΙΑC?)= γενικοῦ λογοθέτου ἀποθήκης Καρίας (Καισαρείας) (genikos logothetes of the apotheke of Karia or Kaisareia).
