Obverse: Bust of the Virgin facial and nimbate, holding infant Jesus Christ on her left hand also facial and nimbate (the so called "Odegetria" iconographic type), partly preserved sigla: ΜΡ-ΘΥ (Mother of God), all within dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription of 5 lines between decorative patterns, + Κ(ΥΡΙ)ΕΒ(ΟΗ)Θ(ΕΙ)/ΤΗCΗΔ(ΟΥ)Λ(Η)/ΜΑΡΙΑΛ/ΑΕΔΡΙ/Ν[Η] (Lord help your servant Maria Laedrine), all within dotted border.
