Kings of Macedon, Alexander III ‘the Great' (336-323 BC). AR Drachm (16,9 mm, 4,20 g). Lampsakos, c. 328/5-323. Head of Herakles r., wearing lion skin. R/ Zeus Aëtophoros seated l.; in l. field, Demeter standing facing holding torch in each hand. Price 1352. Very fine.
