Maxentius (307-312). Æ Follis (24,53 mm, 4,90 g). Aquileia (?), late summer AD 307. Laureate head r. R/ AQP Roma, on the r., seated l. on shield within tetrastyle temple, holding spear and handing globe to Maxentius, on the l., standing r. and holding scepter; at his feet, captive seated r.; on the architrave, she-wolf standing l., suckling Romulus and Remus; at each end of architrave, Victory presenting wreath; in exergue, AQP (?). RIC 113. Fine.
