August-November 270 A.D. Rome mint. Obv: IM C M AVR QVINTILLVS AVG legend with radiate and draped bust right. Rev: APPOLLINI CONS legend with Apollo standing left holding laurel-branch and resting on lyre set on rock; H in right field. RIC 9; Sear 11434. 3.16 grams.
