Prehispanic Inca Wooden Stool Early 16th century A.D. A low wooden stool. 1.8 kg, 34 cm length, 12.5 cm height (13 1/4 in. / 4 3/4 in.). From Quito, Ecuador. Acquired early 1970s. Zuckerman collection, by descent from her grandparents. Crafted in the period between the Inca conquest of Ecuador and the Spanish conquest of the Inca. [No Reserve]
