Uniformed and peruked bust of Paul right, signed Leberecht below / Crowned Paul cipher. Loop added. Instituted 12 March 1798 and awarded to princes, khans, foremen and other leaders of the Russian populace, also to Serbs for service to the government, and believed to have been awarded to commanders of the Montenegrin Army for bravery in the war against Turkey. Extraordinarily rare and unique in private hands.

Condition: Some hairlines and contact marks from wear. Good very fine.
