Great king of Persia running r., wearing kidaris, holding bow in his extended l. hand, spear with his r. hand, quiver in the back. Reverse: Wavy rectangular incuse. Babelon, Perses pl. I,23; BMC pl. XXV, 12; SNG Cop. 277. Boldly struck in high relief and unusually well centered. Lustrous and seldom seen this choice. Superb Extremely Fine. Estimated Value $7,500
