Two busts frontally: to the left large portrait of Heraclius with short beard, wearing chlamys and crown with cross, to the right smaller portrait of beardless Heraclius Constantinus wearing chlamys and crown with cross. Above cross and legend dd NN hERACLIYS ET hERA CONST PP AV
Cross potent on the base with three steps. ViCTORIA-AVGVH around, CONOB beneath.
