CELTIC. EASTERN EUROPEAN CELTS.
Silver Tetradrachm, circa 2nd century BC. Northern Carpathian mint.
Schnabelpferd Type, imitating the types of Philip II of Macedon. Obv: celticised, laureate and bearded head of Zeus right. Rev: heavily stylised horse left.

Good Very Fine; test cut to reverse, attractive underlying lustre.
