MAGNA GRAECIA. SICILY, LILYBAION (AS 'CAPE OF MELKART').
Silver tetradrachm, circa 350-310 BC.
Obv: Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving fast quadriga right; Nike flying left above, crowning charioteer with wreath; RŠMLQRT (""Raš Melqart"" in Punic) in exergue. Rev: Female head right, wearing sphendone, triple-pendant earring, and necklace; four dolphins swimming around. About Near Extremely Fine; a strong portrait.
