Good Extremely Fine; a near perfect example - well-detailed, struck well on a large planchet and with a beautiful near-black patina, possibly the finest surviving example of the type | ROMAN EMPIRE. Severus Alexander.
Bronze as, AD 222-231. Rome.
Obv: IMP CAES M AVR SEV ALEXANDER AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev: LIBERALITAS AVGVSTI II, Liberalitas standing l. holding abacus and cornucopiae; S-C across fields.
Good Extremely Fine; a near perfect example - well-detailed, struck well on a large planchet and with a beautiful near-black patina, possibly the finest surviving example of the type.
