ARAB-SASANIAN: Anonymous, ca. 690-710, AE fals (3.04g), NM, ND, A-44M, Gyselen-76, three standing figures, each with a cross on crown and holding a long cross (derived from the Tabariya Arab-Byzantine copper) // capital M, maltese cross above, undeciphered Pahlavi legend around, couple corrosion spots, bold strike, VF, RRR. Although without mint name, the type is usually found at Susa, so was likely struck at Susa or nearby.
